Schenley Park Car Show and Races

International Car Show 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
Join us for a day full of family-friendly automobile-themed activities at the Bob O’Connor Golf Course in Pittsburgh’s Schenley Park. Thousands of classic, antique and exotic vehicles fill the golf course for our International Car Show. If speed is more your thing, watch more than 100 vintage racers compete on the track all day to qualify for Sunday’s featured races. During the day, visit the main stage, grab a snack at our food courtyard or shop at our Vendor Village. Register your car for the weekend International Car Show. Charity donation for spectators aged 12 and over is only $10 for the weekend.
Vintage Races 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
The PVGP returns to race the city streets the weekend of July 19-20 with two exciting new twists. The Panther Hollow Bridge, part of our traditional race track in Schenley Park, is currently closed for repairs. Therefore, a new circuit, the Schenley Oval, will debut with racing action on a thrilling new course! We are rerouting the vintage street race onto Overlook Drive and forming a new Hillclimb event to continue the racing action to the golf course, This represents a major enhancement to our Schenley Park offering…for both spectators and drivers. We’ve always considered how to incorporate the Schenley Oval into our course, and this does it. The uphill sweeping esses with Oakland and the City of Pittsburgh in the background will be spectacular. Vintage racers will be on both tracks each day.
